- Returns are subject to individual product manufacturers
warranty policies.
Please call for a return authorization. All returns must be accompanied
by a copy of the invoice or packing slip. There is a 15% re-stocking
charge for the return of non-defective merchandise. We cannot send new
merchandise in exchange for returned merchandise until the returned
merchandise is received by NRS. 1.877.677.7370
- Size and color exchanges are accepted as long as
the product is new and still has the tags on it. The customer is responsible
for shipping the item back to NRS.
- A full refund is available for new products with
tags still attached and purchased from NRS within 1 year; Shipping is
not refundable.
- Returns should be sent using the return address label
provided. For your own protection, return via prepaid UPS or insured

- Please launder products that have been used before
sending them back for evaluation.
- If merchandise is defective send the product back
to NRS with a note describing the problem with the product and your
preference of a refund or exchange. For boats, frames, oars, and flammables
please call NRS first for instructions.
- For faster service, please include the Returns form
on the back of the invoice or print the *Returns
Form explaining any necessary instructions.
- All returns are courteously processed within two working days. Please
allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly
credit card statement. Refund checks will be mailed.
